Drives: 23' BMW X3 M40i

Morning all,

I’ve been wondering if this is a feature limitation or if I’m doing something wrong. If I use Apply Maps with CarPlay on my ‘23 G01 M40i, I get the nice integration into the heads up display for turn-by-turn. However, with Waze this is not the case. If I go to the home menu in iDrive while I’m using Waze, BMW knows the navigation is active. However, still no turn-by-turn. Sorry if this question has already been asked/answered. I couldn’t find any posts on this.

My Dad’s ‘23 X6 M50i supposedly supports this? Maybe it’s because he’s using Android Auto…
